One of the bungalows is slightly smaller than the others
and the monthly rent start from 25,000 Baht, whereas the
other three start from 30,000 Baht.

covered terrace fronts the houses. The entrance
leads to a spacious living room and a kitchen
in open space. One of the bungalows has the kitchen
and living room on split level. The master bedroom,
with en-suite bahroom is on the left side at
the back of the house. There is a second bedroom
and bathroom. All
bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.
The
bathrooms are equipped with hot water showers. In the kitchen
there is beside the microwave an oven. There is TV with
cable TV and a DVD as well as a land line.
Minimal
rental period is 1 week, and the rate starts at Baht 8,500
per week.
