stone and hard wood generously used throughout each villa

the highest standards, e.g. brands like Haefele, Grohe and
the like. Each villa and terraced home is fitted with built
in wardrobes and system kitchens designed by BOFI and equipped
with modern quality appliances, incl. washing machine and
dryer.
Furniture
packages are included for each type of unit. These include
a carefully selected choice of high end as well as award
winning pieces by Asian designers. An interesting combination
of natural fibers like cotton, linen and silk (Jim Thompson)
in earthy and vibrant colours will be used to create vibrant
yet calming spaces that flow harmoniously to the landscape
and waters outside.

Landscape
Design is by P&L Design, Bangkok who have been contracted
to do the landscape designs of gardens, ponds, common pools
and all external lighting. The company portfolio includes
an impressive list of prestigious five star hotel projects
and premier residences.
To
cater for potential water shortages, deep-water wells are
positioned in different locations. The development also
provides for a water storage capacity of approx 600cbm (15850
gallons) and a sophisticated water filtering system, i.e.
sand and active charcoal. All units have their own utility
meters.
Seven
vertical Grundfos pumps ensure for uninterrupted and consistent
water pressure to the villas and terraces home as well as
strategically located fire hydrants.
Each
villa has its own septic tank whereas the Terraced Homes
share large septic tanks.
An
underground drainage system protects residential gardens,
common areas and car parks, from flooding during the rainy
season.
All
rooms and balconies have electric ceiling fans. As well,
